इडली(Suji idli rava idli) सभी को बहुत पसंद होती हैं ,सूजी की इडली बनाने में कम समय लगता है । इसकी सबसे अच्छी बात यह है कि इसमें कोई तेल नही होता जो नुकसान करे, इसे बच्चे बहुत पसंद करते हैं ।
बनाने के लिए सामग्री -:
* छः लोगो के लिए:
सूजी(रवा) – 400 ग्राम
दही – 400 ग्राम
पानी – 1/4 कप
नमक – 1/2 चम्मच
ईनो साल्ट – 1/2 चम्मच
तेल – 2 चम्मच (इडली स्टैंड को चिकना करने के लिए)
सूजी इडली बनाने की विधि (Suji idli rava idli)-:
सबसे पहले एक बड़े बर्तन में सूजी लीजिये । अब इसमें दही और एक छोटा चम्मच नमक डाल लीजिये । अब इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं, अगर बेटर गाढा है तो थोड़ा सा पानी डाल लें और अच्छे से फेंट कर 1 घण्टे के लिए रख दें ।
अब बेटर को देखें ज्यादा गाढ़ा भी ना हो और ना ही ज्यादा पतला होना चाहिए ।
अब कुकर में 1 गिलास पानी डालकर गैस पर पानी गरम होने के लिए रख दें ।
स्टैंड को तेल लगा लें। अब बेटर ( मिश्रण) को एक बार अच्छी तरह मिला ले।
अब ईनो साल्ट मिलाये और छोटे चमचे की सहायता से इडली के खाने में फैला दें। स्टैंड को कुकर में रख दें, ढक्कन की सीटी हटा कर ढक्कन लगा दें ।
15 मिनट बाद ढक्कन हटाये और स्टैंड को निकल लें । अब चमचे या चाकू की सहायता से इडली निकाल कर प्लेट में रख लीजिए । इडली तैयार हैं ।
इडली को सांबर या नारियल की चटनी के साथ परोसिये !
सावधानियां -:
1. इडली बेटर ज्यादा पतला नही होना चाहिए ।
2 . ईनो साल्ट मिलाने के बाद बेटर ( मिश्रण ) को ज्यादा ना घोलें ऐसा करने से ईनो की गैस निकल जाती हे और इडली स्पंजी नही बनती ।

Idli (Suji idli rava idli) is very much liked by everyone, it takes less time to make semolina idli. The best thing about it is that there is no oil in it, which causes harm. Children like it very much.
Ingredients Required to make Semolina Idli
* For Six People:
Semolina (Rava) – 400 gms
Yogurt – 400 gms
Water – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 Tablespoon
ENO salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 2 teaspoons (to smooth Idli stand)
Method of making semolina Idli (Suji idli rava idli) -:
First, take semolina in a large vessel. Now add curd and a little spoon of salt in it. Now mix it well, if the batter is thicker then add a little water and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Now look at the better. It should not be too thick or too thin.
Now put 1 glass of water in the cooker and keep the water on the gas for heating.
Grease the idli stand. Now mix the batter once again.
Now mix ENO salt and put batter ib ildi stand with the help of a small spoon. Put the stand in the cooker, remove the lid whistle and put the lid.
Remove the lid after 15 minutes and get out of the stand. Now remove the idli with the help of a spoon or knife and put it in the plate. Idli is ready.
Serve Idli with sambar or coconut chutney!
Precautions:
1. Idli Better should not be too thin.
2 . After mixing the ENO salt, do not mix the batter much. By doing so, the gas gets released and Idli spongy is not made.
