आज हम बना रहे हैं फ्रूट कस्टर्ड(fruit custard )। जैसा की आप लोग जानते हैं फाइनली गर्मी का मौसम आ गया है। ठंडा -ठंडा फ्रूट कस्टर्ड स्वाद में बहुत ही लाज़बाव होता है।
इसे आप कभी भी बनाकर फ्रीज़ में रख दीजिये ठंडा होने के बाद किसी भी टाइम सर्व कीजिये आपके पूरे दिन की थकान गायब कर देगा। फलों से भरपूर फ्रूट कस्टर्ड बहुत ही पौष्टिक और कम समय में बनाने वाली रेसिपी है।
किसी भी मेहमान के आने पर भी इसे सर्व कर सकते हैं यह बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट डिजर्ट है। जो बच्चे फ्रूट नहीं खाते या दूध पसंद नहीं करते उन्हें बनाकर दीजिये इससे बच्चों को फ्रूट दूध दोनों चीज़ मिल पाएंगी और बच्चे को पसंद भी आएगा।
तो चलिए फ्रूट कस्टर्ड की आसान सी रेसिपी को शुरू करते है।
आवश्यक सामग्री – Necessary ingredients to make Fruit Custard
दूध (milk)- 1/2 लीटर
कस्टर्ड(custurd) – 2 टेबल स्पून
चीनी(sugar) – 1/2 कप ( 4 टेबल स्पून )
फल (fruit)—-
अंगूर (grapes) – 1/2 कप
अनार के दाने (pomegranete)- 1/2कप ( 1 )
सेव कटी हुई (chopped apple) – 1/2 कप ( 1 )
बनाना (chopped banana) – 1/2 कप ( 1 )
फ्रूट कस्टर्ड बनाने की विधि – Method of making Fruit Custard – How to make Fruit custard :
गैस ऑन करके कोई भी पैन रख दीजिये। इसमें दूध डालकर गरम होने दीजिये। आधी कटोरी दूध ठंडा ही बचा लीजिये जिसमे कस्टर्ड को घोलना है। दूध में उबाल आने दीजिये उबाल आने तक गैस की आग तेज़ रखिये।
कस्टर्ड घोलना —(fruit custard)
बचे हुए दूध में कस्टर्ड पाउडर को घोल लीजिये। गरम दूध में कस्टर्ड पाउडर घोलने से उसमे घुठलिया पड़ जाती है इसलिए कस्टर्ड को हमेशा ठंडे या गुनगुने दूध में ही घोले।

कस्टर्ड बनाना —( fruit custard)
इधर दूध में उबाल आने पर गैस की फ्लैम कम कर दीजिये एक बार दूध को कलछी से चला दीजिये। चीनी डालकर मिला दीजिये। चीनी डिज़ोल्व होने का इंतज़ार कीजिये। इसके बाद बीच-बीच में चलाते रहिये।
दूध को 5-6 मिनट तक मीडियम फ्लेम पर पकाईये इससे दूध थोड़ा गाढ़ा हो जायेगा और दूध को कलछी की हेल्प से कभी कभी कड़ाई की तली में ले जाते हुए चलाते रहिये।
अब इसमें कस्टर्ड का घोल डाल दीजिये। कस्टर्ड को डालने से पहले एक बार स्पून से मिला लीजिये। एक हाथ से दूध को भी लगातार चलाते हुए 6 से 7 मिनट तक गधा कीजिये ताकि उसमे कोई गुठली ना पड़े गैस ऑफ कर दीजिये कस्टर्ड को ठंडा होने दीजिये।

फल काटना —-( fruit custard)
फलों को धो कर छोटे छोटे पीस में काट लीजिये अनार को भी छील कर दाने निकाल लीजिये।
ठंडा होने के बाद इसमें फलों को मिला दीजिये कुछ फल सजाने के लिए बचा लीजिये
।
कस्टर्ड को फ्रीज़ में 3-4 घंटे ठंडा होने के लिए छोड़ दीजिये।
फ्रूट कस्टर्ड बनकर तैयार है इसे आप सर्व करने से पहले फ्रीज़ से निकालिये ऊपर से कटे हुए फलों से गार्निश कीजिये ठंडा – ठंडा सर्व कीजिये।

It can be served on any guest’s arrival as it is very delicious dessert. Children who do not eat fruit or do not drink milk, give them fruit custard, both fruits and milk will be available.
So let’s start the easy recipe of fruit custard.
Essential stuff – Necessary ingredients to make Fruit Custard
Milk – 1/2 liters
Custard – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 1/2 cup (4 tablespoons)
Fruit
Grapes – 1/2 cups
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup (1)
Chopped apple – 1/2 cup (1)
Banana (chopped banana) – 1/2 cup (1)
Method of making fruit custard – How to make Fruit custard:
Keep any pan on by turning on the gas. Add milk to it and let it warm. Save half a bowl of milk, in which the custard is to dissolve. Let the milk be boiled, keep the gas flame high until it starts boiling.
Custard solution – (fruit custard)
Dissolve the custard powder into remaining milk. Lumps will be formed if milk is hot, so always use cold milk.
Making custard — (fruit custard)
Here, reduce the flame of the gas when the milk starts boiling, keep stirring milk. Add sugar and mix it. Wait for the sugar to dissolve. After this, keep moving in the middle.
Cook the milk on the medium flame for 5-6 minutes, the milk will become thicker and keep the milk running.
Now put the solution of custard into it. Mix with the spoon before adding custard. Run the milk with one hand continuously for 6 to 7 minutes so that it does not have any lumps in it. Turn off the burner. Let the custard cool down.
Cutting Fruit —- (Fruit Custard)
Wash the fruit and cut it into small pieces, peel the pomegranate and take out the grain.
After cooling, add fruits to it. Save some fruit to decorate it.

Leave the custard freezing to cool for 3-4 hours in the freeze.
Fruit custard is ready. Remove it from the freezer before serving it. Garnish with chopped fruit from top to bottom.

You can make fruit custard by adding your favorite fruits such as papaya, mango, grapes, pomegranate, apples, whatever you like. Remove whatever you do not like.
While pouring the solution of custard, remember that the milk should be cold, because in warm milk lumps will be formed. The custard starts thickening only after dipping into milk so keep on stirring it.
